Aramo is a long-standing cooperative in Ethiopia's Yirga Chefe district, known for its exceptional terroir. It is part of the highly-regarded Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (YCFCU) and is made up of small organic farmers. Their Grade 3 naturals have a smooth texture, delicate sweetness, and subtle floral notes. The cooperative, established in 1968, has grown from 287 to 1600 members, covering 1300 hectares. The sun-drying process for their naturals takes 3 weeks and is closely monitored by 12 employees and 200 harvest staff for consistency and quality..

Rule 15: Pre-ground coffee will get stale quicker, which may cause it to lose its aromatic subtleties. Although we'd be happy to grind the coffee to your liking, we highly recommend to grind the coffee beans just before consumption.
